Of pain and pleasure...

So a little update on my 'interesting and exiting life' for those ppl who is not as lucky as me =p Actually, I believe it is really up to you to make your life interesting, no matter which period of life you are in, it is possible to find a little excitement in life.

I know ppl who are not married, living on their own with their partners who sleep at 10 pm and I know ppl who are married, with dogs and sometimes come back at 11 pm from work who still find a little time to enjoy life. It's just how you manage your life and find activities that are possible to be slotted into your busy schedule...

So, back to MY life, it has been a little interesting recently. Well, little would be an understatment, you will see why if you choose to read on... =p

It all started with the end of my semester, after the hellish rush for assignments, everything seemed uphill from there, it started with PC Fair...

The day could not have gotten any sweeter =)

Then it was time for one of my favourite past time. People who know me well, will know that I am a fan of outdoor activities, sports like basketball and paintball are my favourite past time. Other sports which are on my list are like sky diving, bungee jumping, wall climbing, white water rafting (have yet to try them though)...

The following week, we headed off to Port Klang for seafood. This was the furtherst I have travelled to get food, but no regrets at all!!! =p

When Sudden Impulse Kicks In

SO, one night, after picking Sha up for a supposedly 'mamak' session that was unanimously cancelled, we decided to fly up to the hills for a little coffee and chills...

KLDW 2009

LAST WEEK, I decided to go to an art/design exhibition with Iris and her friends, not something an IT person would normally be interested in. But for me, I have always had this passion for art. Although I can't draw to save my sorry little @$$, I still admire other people's work. Maybe it's the hours spent starring at a picture on the wall, figuring out what the artist was thinking of at that time, or maybe it's the joy of not really knowing what it is at first glance but as you wonder, it becomes clear =p

For instance, this cake that resembles a chess set, is a total killer!!!

Not to mention the weird looking hand that just brings life to the whole thing


Even people working there but not for the exhibition had to be creative... SHARK!!!

You see, sometimes artists leave you to interpret their work yourself. And they wont tell you what it is, so you go like, "Ah, that''s a nice apple/peach/orange tree. I wonder what that dog/monster/creature is doing?" Don't take me wrongly, I love interpreting art, it gives you that joy of discovering something hidden. And when you finally get the meaning behind the art (although never fully), you feel a little closer to the artist...

After that we went bowling at Time Square, because due to unforseen (rain) circumstances (management), the arty party was cancelled. But bowling was fun!!! Someone actually bowled for the first time! Not bad actually =p
